Author: Dr. Sarah Gray, Dr. Toni Hazell, Dr. Louise Price and Dr. Lindsey Thomas

Format: Further Reading Source: PCWHS document

The British Menopause Society (BMS) has published new guidance on the possible interaction between HRT and GLP-1 agonists, used for weight loss. In response, the Primary Care Women's Health Society (PCWHS) has swiftly produced a document summarising the BMS guidance and offering a practical action plan. This includes a template letter and text messages for you that practices can send to their patients, and also covers the issues around GLP-1 agonists and contraception.
