The theme of this year's conference was Her life, her health ...in balance – hormones, health and the female experience. As the theme suggests, we explored a whole spectrum of women’s health challenges including contraception with a focus on hormone hesitancy, the dermatological impact of hormones, and workshops on HRT, managing bleeding disorders and the UKMEC update for contraception as well as further sessions on endometriosis and hormone sensitive mood disorders such as PMS and PMDD. The programme featured expert-led sessions, case-based discussions, and interactive workshops and provided updates on the latest evidence and suggested practical solutions to help you to incorporate this into your day-to-day practice.

With dedicated opportunities for networking and industry engagement, the conference provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, share best practice, and drive meaningful improvements in women’s healthcare.
